Neil co-founded Valley Industrial Services with his wife, Julia, and continues to lead the company as its owner and General Manager. With over 20 years of experience, he is a certified journeyman metal fabricator with expertise in machinery manufacturing, industrial maintenance, and industrial construction and installation. His attention to detail, expertise in the field, and creative and approachable professionalism ensure you are partnering with the right company, no matter your project.
Owner / Director of Business Operations
Julia co-founded Valley Industrial Services with her husband, Neil, and brings 25 years of administrative experience to the team. She oversees all business operations behind the scenes, ensuring the company runs smoothly and efficiently. Julia’s leadership and dedication to detail keep Valley Industrial Services strong, organized, and ready to serve our clients with excellence.
Certified Red Seal Journeyman Millwright
Dave has more than 16 years of experience as a certified red seal journeyman millwright. As our field projects manager, Dave is involved in leading our field teams and managing off site projects. His expertise includes sawmills, food plants, automation, industrial construction, and installations.
Certified Journeyman Metal Fabricator
Ryan is a certified journeyman metal fabricator with over five years as our shop manager. He is highly skilled in multiple metals and multiple welding processes and enjoys new challenges with fabrication projects.
